Projekt skierowany do 56 uczniów z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną i intelektualną w stopniu głębokim i znacznym oraz 45 nauczycieli (pracowników merytorycznych), realizujących program rewalidacji w 2 OREW, tj. 100% placówek oświatowych, których organem prowadzącym jest Fundacja "Wróć". Ośrodki usytuowane są na terenie gmin, należących do obszarów o najsłabszych wynikach egzaminów zewnętrznych na wszystkich etapach edukacji. W przeprowadzonej diagnozie wykorzystano dane z ostatnich trzech lat. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności placówek w rewalidacji 100% uczniów, szczególnie w zakresie wzrostu kluczowych kompetencji społecznych - komunikacyjnych uczniów. W projekcie, zastosowano kompleksowe wspomaganie obejmujące: diagnozę potrzeb rozwojowych ośrodków, wzrost wiedzy i rozwój kompetencji kluczowych kadry merytorycznej, wdrożenie rozwiązań z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii, a także ewaluację prowadzonej interwencji. Cele szczegółowe projektu stanowią: - wzrost kluczowych kompetencji społecznych, w tym komunikacyjnych u 100% uczniów - wzrost kluczowych kompetencji 100% kadry merytorycznej placówek - zwiększenie zakresu pracy indywidualnej z uczniem - trwałe wdrożenie nowoczesnych metod i technologii informatycznych w rewalidacji uczniów - doskonalenie zawodowego nauczycieli (terapeutów i fizjoterapeutów) poprzez kształcenie nieformalne Działania: - diagnoza - szkolenia - zakup technologii - kształcenie nieformalne - systematyczne monitorowanie realizacji Założenia projektu wynikają z diagnozy obejmującej ostatnie trzy lata, opracowane przez Zespoły Terapeutyczne, wspólnie z Radami Pedagogicznymi placówek, z udziałem lekarza, psychologa oraz dyrektora ds. organizacji i kontroli placówek i zatwierdzonej Uchwałą Zarządu Fundacji Wróć z dnia 5 stycznia 2016 (Polish)

Project addressed to 56 students with deep and substantial background and 45 teachers (substantial staff) carrying out the 2 Revalidation programme, i.e. 100 % of the educational establishments whose authority is responsible for the ‘Supply’ Foundation. The centres are situated in the municipalities belonging to the most vulnerable areas in the external tests at all stages of education. The diagnosis carried out uses the data of the last three years. The aim of the project is to increase the efficiency of the facilities in the validation of 100 % of pupils, in particular as regards the increase in key social competences of pupils. The project uses comprehensive assistance including: a diagnosis of the development needs of the centres, an increase in the knowledge and competence of key personnel, the implementation of solutions using modern technology, as well as the evaluation of the interventions. The specific objectives of the project are to: Growth of key social competences, including communication in 100 % of pupils, a rise in key competences of 100 % of the institutions’ key competences — increase in the number of key competences of of the institutions’ substantive staff — increase in the scope of individual work with the student — the permanent introduction of modern IT methods and technologies for the validation of students — the professional development of teachers (therapists and physiotherapists) through informal training activities: The diagnosis — training — acquisition of technology — non-formal education — systematic monitoring of the implementation of the project results from the diagnosis of the last three years, drawn up by the therapeutic teams, with the involvement of a doctor, psychologist and director for the organisation and control of the premises and approved by the Board of the Management Board of the Back Foundation of 5 January 2016.
