Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości powietrza w Gminie Mielec oraz zwiększenie efektywności procesów energetycznego spalania paliw poprzez wymianę źródeł ciepła w obiektach na terenie Gminy. Projekt „parasolowy” dotyczy wymiany starych nieefektywnych źródeł ciepła w 35 gospodarstwach domowych na terenie Gminy Mielec na 35 kotłów na ekogroszek klasy 5 zautomatycznym zasypem paliwa. Projekt nie będzie realizowany w partnerstwie. Gmina Mielec w kompleksowy sposób zapewni przygotowanie, realizację i koordynację projektu.Do celów Szczegółowych należą:- zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza (pyły, B(a)P, GHG i inne),- oszczędności energii (w budynkach, przesyle i dystrybucji) i racjonalizację jej kosztów, - ułatwienie obsługi źródeł energii, poprawę komfortu cieplnego, - promowania postaw związanych z oszczędzaniem energii, - ograniczenia ubóstwa energetycznego, - zwiększenia odpowiedzialności za stan środowiska i zanieczyszczenie powietrza, - przeciwdziałanie zmianom klimatu i zwiększaniem odporności lokalnych systemów energetycznych na zagrożenia wynikające z tych zmian. The main objective of the project is to improve air quality in Mielec and to increase the efficiency of fuel combustion processes by exchanging heat sources in the municipality. The ‘umbrella’ project related to the replacement of old inefficient heat sources in 35 households in Mielec, with 35 boilers for eco-peas Class 5, automated filling of fuel. The project will not be implemented in partnership. The Municipality of Mielec will ensure, in a comprehensive way, the preparation, implementation and coordination of the project. for the specific purpose, the following are: — reduction of pollutant emissions to air (dusts, B (a) P, GHG and others), — energy savings (in buildings, transmission and distribution) and rationalisation of costs, — to facilitate the use of energy sources, to improve thermal comfort, — to promote attitudes towards saving energy, — to reduce energy poverty, — to increase responsibility for the state of the environment and air pollution, to combat climate change and to increase the resilience of local energy systems to the risks arising from these changes.
