L'action consiste à assurer **l'accompagnement renforcé des bénéficiaires du PLIE** sur un territoire jusqu'ici non couvert par cette prestation. En effet, les communes principalement visées par cet accompagnement sont celles de Louvres, Fosses, Survilliers ainsi que des villages avoisinants. Les services emploi portés par la maison de l'emploi sur ce territoire sont connus des partenaires. Le Pôle emploi de rattachement, celui de Gonesse, est difficilement accessible de cette partie du territoire et la proximité est un enjeu important du fait d'une desserte insuffisante par les transports en commun. Des liens existent aujourd'hui entre le Pôle Emploi et la Maison de l'Emploi pour améliorer l'accès aux services du Pôle emploi pour les habitants de ces territoires souvent découragés par l'éloignement. Leréférent sera rattaché à l'espace emploi de Fosses, qui bénéficie d'un rayonnement territorial important et d'une proximité entre les services sociaux, ville, centre social.... Néanmoins, la personne en charge de l'accompagnement pourra être amené à assurer des entretiens sur l'espace emploi de Louvres pour rencontrer les participants. (French)

The action consists of providing **enhanced support to beneficiaries of the PLIE** in a territory hitherto not covered by this service. Indeed, the municipalities mainly targeted by this accompaniment are those of Louvres, Fosses, Survilliers and surrounding villages. The employment services provided by the employment office in this territory are known to the partners. The employment branch of Gonesse is difficult to reach from this part of the territory and proximity is an important issue because of insufficient public transport services. Links exist today between the Employment Department and the Employment House to improve access to the services of the Employment Pole for the inhabitants of these territories, often discouraged by remoteness. The reference will be linked to the employment area of Fosses, which enjoys a significant territorial influence and proximity between social services, city, social center.... Nevertheless, the person in charge of the accompaniment may be asked to arrange interviews on the employment area of Louvres to meet the participants. (English)
