    En 1960, Sèvre Loire Habitat (OPHLM) a construit un ensemble de 210 logements collectifs répartis en 4 bâtiments sur le quartier Favreau à Cholet. Ces logements ont fait l’objet d’une première réhabilitation lourde en 1995, pour répondre aux normes de l’époque et remplacer les équipements devenus vétustes au fil des années. Depuis, il a été procédé au remplacement des portes des halls d’entrée en 2002 et à la modernisation des portiers interphones en 2013. Désormais, une rénovation s’impose pour améliorer le cadre de vie des habitants. Le projet porte sur 170 des 210 logements collectifs. L’actualisation du plan patrimoine prévoit d’engager la rénovation du bâti et la démolition d’un bâtiment de 40 logements situé aux 1, 3, 5, et 7 rue Dumont d’Urville. (French)
