L'opération « animer le conseil en énergie partagé » porté par CAP Atlantique consiste à apporter des conseils aux 15 communes de la communauté d'agglomération dans les domaines de la consommation d'électricité et d'eau par le biais du financement d'un poste de conseiller. Le projet vise ainsi à réduire les taux de consommations des services des collectivités territoriales afin de participer à la réduction des gaz à effet de serre. (French)
