Le bureau d'accompagnement individualisé vers l'emploi (Baie) a pour objectifs l'information et l'accompagnement des femmes pour toute question relative au projet professionnel, à l'emploi, à la formation ou à la création d'entreprise. Le CIDFF propose, aux femmes, au travers du BAIE: - une approche globale et personnalisée de leur situation et des freins à l'emploi - une information, une orientation et un accompagnement - un soutien particulier aux femmes bénéficiaires des minimas sociaux et à celles en situation de monoparentalité. L'action du CIDFF se déploie sur l'ensemble du département. (French)

The objectives of the individualised employment support office (Baie) are to provide information and support to women on any questions relating to the vocational project, employment, training or business start-ups. CIDFF offers women through the BAIE: — a comprehensive and personalised approach to their situation and the barriers to employment — information, guidance and support — special support for women who benefit from social minima and those in single-parent situations.
