Chaque EMA est placé sous la responsabilité d'un porteur local, qui a en charge l'organisation de l'animation d'un lieu ressource et la construction d'un plan d'actions local sur la découverte des métiers en partenariat avec l'ensemble des acteurs du territoire. Le service rendu est gratuit, il garantit l'anonymat et s'adresse à tous les publics. (French)

Aimed equally at schools, young people, jobseekers, employees, families and employers, this territorial reception and information system has as its main mission to develop knowledge of occupations, to optimise vocational guidance mechanisms and to make the provision of services in the territory more readable. Each EMA is under the responsibility of a local promoter, who is responsible for organising the animation of a resource place and building a local action plan on the discovery of trades in partnership with all the actors in the territory. The service provided is free of charge, it guarantees anonymity and is aimed at all audiences. (English)
