Pour lutter contre la concurrence principalement étrangère, l’entreprise forte de son expérience et de son savoir-faire souhaite relancer l’impression grande largeur. L’impression classique dite « rotative » est présente en Italie, en Espagne, en Turquie et au Pakistan, mais pas en France. C’est pourquoi CROUVEZIER DEVELOPPEMENT a décidé en 2015 de franchir le pas et d’investir dans la technologie de l’impression numérique en grande laize (3.2 m). Cette technologie est nouvelle du point de vue industrielle, de plus en partenariat avec le fabriquant d’encre, une encre a été mise au point permettant d’imprimer sur tous supports sans limite de couleurs. L'impression numérique est en plein essor partout dans le monde sauf en France où elle piétine. La filière textile dans son ensemble existe encore dans les Vosges et il est important qu’In n'y ait pas de rupture de savoir-faire industriel. Pour les clients cette technologie permet de renouveler les collections par thème, par site marchand, soit par client et ceci sans fin. L’impression rotative classique limite les dessins à 18 couleurs maximum, avec le numérique, il n'y a plus de limite, c'est un intérêt créatif énorme. Cette technique nécessite un suivi qualitatif des supports textiles, ce qui implique un achat plus important de matière première chez les tisseurs locaux. (French)

To fight against mainly foreign competition, the company, with its experience and know-how, wants to relaunch large-width printing. The classic “rotative” printing is present in Italy, Spain, Turkey and Pakistan, but not in France. That’s why CROUVEZIER DEVELOPPEMENT decided in 2015 to take the lead and invest in digital printing technology in large size (3.2 m). This technology is new from an industrial point of view, and in partnership with the ink manufacturer, an ink has been developed to print on any medium without color limit. Digital printing is booming all over the world except in France where it is trampling. The textile sector as a whole still exists in the Vosges and it is important that In is not a break in industrial know-how. For customers this technology allows to renew collections by theme, by merchant site, or by customer and this without end. Classic rotary printing limits designs to a maximum of 18 colors, with digital, there is no more limit, it’s a huge creative interest. This technique requires qualitative monitoring of textile supports, which implies a greater purchase of raw material from local weavers. (English)
