Przedmiotem projektu będzie zakup i wdrożenie jednej e-usługi dostępnej w formie platformy SaaS, przeznaczonej dla przedsiębiorców z branży dietetycznej oraz dla Wnioskodawcy. Platforma ma na celu wspomagania współpracy przedsiębiorców w ramach jednej marki, dostarcza im narzędzi wspierających pracę dietetyka. Platforma wspiera procesy Wnioskodawcy w zakresie automatyzacji procesów obsługi współpracujących przedsiębiorców w obszarze finanse, księgowość, sprzedaż i marketing oraz automatyzuje procesy obsługi klienta końcowego w zakresie produkcji / świadczenia usługi tworzenia planu dietetycznego - który jest produktem końcowym obsługi takiego klienta. Do podstawowych funkcjonalności systemu będą należeć: wspomagane komputerowo tworzenie planów dietetycznych, zarządzanie bazą składników i posiłków, automatyczne wystawianie dokumentów sprzedażowych użytkownikom korzystającym z usługi dokumenty będą wykorzystywały ustandaryzowany format danych EDI, wspieranie procesu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem poprzez dostarczenie wskaźników ( Business Intelligence ), wspieranie procesu rozliczania faktur sprzedażowych, wspieranie procesu marketingowego tzw. lejka sprzedaży ( konwersja użytkownika testowego na użytkownika platformy ) Platforma będzie umieszczona w chmurze obliczeniowej, zapewni dostęp mobilny oraz będzie udostępniać otwarte API do dalszych integracji (Polish)

The project will cover the purchase and implementation of one e-service available in the form of a SaaS platform for the dietary industry and the Applicant. The platform aims to assist business cooperation within a single brand, providing them with tools to support dietary work. The Platform shall support the Applicant’s processes on the automation of the processing of business processes in the area of finance, accounting, sales and marketing, and shall automate the production/provision processes of the final customer for the production/provision of a nutritional plan, which is the final customer service. The basic functionality of the system will be to: computer-aided development of dietary plans, the management of ingredients and meals, automated issuance of sales documents to users of the service will use a standardised EDI data format, support for the business management process through the provision of indicators (Business Intelligence), support for the process of accounting for sales invoices, supporting the marketing process of the so-called ‘sales funnel’ (conversion of the user test user of the platform), the platform will be placed in the cloud, provide mobile access and open APIs for further integration (English)
