Firma Simmet Paweł Słaby jest twórcą i producentem wiertnic hydraulicznych oraz specjalistycznych wierteł glebowych. Firma przyjmuje zlecenia projektowe nowych konstrukcji maszyn od zleceniodawców zewn. a ponadto świadczy usługi obróbki skrawaniem (spawanie, toczenie i frezowanie). Głównymi odbiorcami produktów firmy Simmet są działające głównie w Polsce firmy budowlane i usługowe świadczące usługi z zakresu odwiertów i podziemnych instalacji bezwykopowych. Przeprowadzona analiza przedsiębiorstwa oraz diagnoza jego potrzeb prorozwojowych wskazały na duży potencjał związany z uzupełnieniem oferowanego asortymentu wiertnic o nowe ich typy. Analiza (audyt innowacyjności) została przeprowadzona przez ekspertów Krajowego Systemu Innowacji KSI. Kolejnym krokiem jest zapewnienie tym urządzeniom jak największej konkurencyjności,stąd konieczność realizacji usługi będącej przedmiotem niniejszego projektu. Nabywana usługa doradcza przyczyni się do poprawy konkurencyjności oraz produktywności pozwalając wejść na nowe rynki zbytu i zdobycie nowych klientów. Fakt posiadania certyfikatów wydanych przez upoważnioną jednostkę otwiera szereg możliwości przed produktami Simmet, np. ich nabywcom pozwala na branie udziału w przetargach, gdzie posiadanie certyfikatów jest jednym z kryteriów dostępu. Ponadto poświadczenie przez stronę trzecią spełnienia przez urządzenie wymagań normatywnych zwiększa zaufanie do produktu a przez to podnosi konkurencyjność zarówno oferowanej maszyny jak i firmy. Simmet Paweł Słaby is a manufacturer and a manufacturer of hydraulic drill rigs and specialist soil drills. The firm accepts project orders for the new construction of machines from principals and, in addition, provides machining services (welding, turning and milling). The main customers of the products of Simmet are mainly active in Poland for construction and service companies providing services on well and underground installations. The undertaking’s analysis and diagnosis of its promotional needs have identified a high potential for the supplement to the range offered, with new types of drilling offered. The analysis (innovation audit) was carried out by the experts of the National Innovation System (KSI). The conclusions of the innovation audit were part of the company’s strategy of action and led to measures to be taken to produce and implement new types of drilling operations. The next step is to ensure that the equipment is as competitive as possible, hence the need to deliver the service which is the subject of this project. The existing advisory service will help to improve competitiveness and productivity by allowing access to new market outlets and new customers. The fact of having certificates issued by an authorised entity opens up a number of possibilities in front of Simmet, for example, to allow them to take part in tenders where possession of the certificates is one of the criteria for access. In addition, the third party’s certification of compliance with the normative requirements increases trust in the product and thus increases the competitiveness of both the machine offered and the firm. The company has opted for the purchase of an expert advisory service which will lead to the creation of 3 types of drill with certificates of conformity with Directive 2006/42/EC and 2000/14 as amended.
