Das Jobfux-Projekt orientiert sich an den besonderen Bedarfen der Jugendlichen im Einzugsgebiet der Nibelungen-Realschule plus in Worms. Diese liegt in einem sozialen Brennpunkt und hat einen hohen Anteil von Schülerinnen und Schülern mit Migrationshintergrund (ca. 60 %). Die Unterstützung hat zum Ziel, dass, 80% der Schülerinnen und Schüler erfolgreich an ergänzenden berufsorientierten Angeboten teilnehmen und/oder für sie eine konkrete berufliche/schulische Perspektive entwickelt wird. The Jobfux project is geared to the special needs of young people in the catchment area of the Nibelungen Realschule plus in Worms. This is in a social focus and has a high proportion of pupils with a migrant background (about 60 %). The aim of the support is to ensure that 80 % of pupils successfully participate in complementary job-oriented offers and/or develop a concrete vocational/school perspective for them. (English)
