Ostatecznym celem projektu jest świadczenie przez Starostwo Powiatowe w Wieliczce e-usług na najwyższym możliwym poziomie dojrzałości. W celu zapewnienia jak najwyższej jakości i dostępności usług niezbędne są liczne działania zgrupowane w następujących zadaniach: 1. W zakresie prac zasadniczych: •Digitalizacja dokumentów analogowych Państwowego Zasobu Geodezyjnego i Kartograficznego wraz z nadzorem (Zadania 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7). • Dostawa bazy BDOT oraz inicjalnej bazy GESUT wraz z nadzorem. • Weryfikacja i poprawa jakości bazy EGIB wraz z nadzorem. 2. W zakresie e-usług oraz towarzyszących mechanizmów informatycznych (Zadania 8, 10): •Zakup licencji oprogramowania do wdrożenia e-usług wraz z opieką serwisową posprzedażową •Zakup licencji silnika bazy danych •Integracja e-usług z platformą ePUAP, systemem płatności elektronicznych, publikacja e-usług na stronach internetowych, instalacja i konfiguracja sprzętu oraz oprogramowania, audyt teleinformatyczny. 3. W zakresie sprzętu informatycznego, wspomagającego oraz oprogramowania pomocniczego (Zadanie 9): •Zakup szafy serwerowej, serwerów, macierzy dyskowych, systemy backup, zasilacza UPS, przełącznika sieciowego, systemu ochrony sieci UTM, zestawów komputerowych, skanerów. 4. W zakresie dodatkowych działań Zadanie 1: • Opracowanie dokumentacji niezbędnej do złożenia wniosku o dofinansowanie: dokumentacji technicznej oraz analizy finansowo-ekonomicznej przedsięwzięcia. oraz Zadanie 11 • Limitowane koszty pośrednie – koszty personelu, administracyjne i informacyjno-promocyjne. Przedmiotowy projekt służy wdrożeniu standardów funkcjonowania cyfrowego urzędu i osiągnięciu awansu cyfrowego w ramach administracji publicznej poprzez: • Wdrożenie nowych rozwiązań informatycznych biorących udział w procesach i procedurach administracyjnych związanych z przetwarzaniem rejestrów publicznych oraz zbiorów danych przestrzennych. •Wdrożenie nowych e-usług obejmujących dostęp on-line do danych przestrzennych oraz zbiorów danych przestr (Polish)

The ultimate objective of the project is the provision of e-services by the district authority at the highest possible level of maturity. In order to ensure the highest quality and accessibility of services, a number of activities are needed grouped in the following tasks: 1. In the field of essential work: • Digitisation of analogue country documents of the State Geodetic and Cartographic Resource together with supervision (Tasks 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7). • Supply of the BDOT database and the initiating GESUT database including supervision. • Verification and improvement of the quality of the EGIB database, including supervision. 2. In the field of e-services and accompanying IT mechanisms (Tasks 8, 10): • Purchase of software licences for the deployment of e-services including after-sales care,• Purchase of a licence for an engine of a database• The integration of e-service licences with the ePUAP platform, the electronic payment system, the publication of e-services on websites, installation and configuration of hardware and software, and the IT audit. 3. In respect of IT equipment, support and software (Activity 9): • Purchase of server cabinets, servers, disc matrix, backup systems, UPS, network switch, UTM network protection system, computer sets, scanners. 4. For additional Activity 1: • Preparation of the documentation necessary for the submission of the application for funding: technical documentation and financial and economic analyses undertaken and 11• limited indirect costs — personnel, administrative and informational costs. The project aims at implementing standards for the functioning of the digital office and the achievement of digital advancement in public administration by: • Implementation of new IT solutions to participate in processes and administrative procedures related to the processing of public registers and spatial data sets. • Implementation of new e-services with online access to spatial data and data sets (English)
