Projekt dotyczy termomodernizacji Urzędu Gminy w Korczewie, ul. Ks. Stanisława Brzóski 20a. W ramach projektu przewidziano: modernizację przegrody strop wewnętrzny pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem; modernizację przegrody ściana wewnętrzna, strefa ogrzewana – nieogrzewana; modernizację przegrody ściana wewnętrzna strefa ogrzewana-nieogrzewana; modernizację przegrody strop wewnętrzny parter - piętro strefa nieogrzewana; modernizację przegrody dach; modernizację przegrody ściana na gruncie fundamentowa; modernizację przegrody ściana zewnętrzna; modernizację przegrody OZ Drewniane „Wentylacja grawitacyjna”; modernizację przegrody DZ - :”Wentylacja grawitacyjna”;- modernizację instalacji grzewczej; montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych o mocy 0,005 MW. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej. Powyższe działania w sposób kompleksowy przyczynią się do realizacji założonego celu. Po ukończeniu fazy przygotowawczej, w której inwestor uzyska wszelkie wymagane prawem dokumenty, uzgodnienia i zezwolenia, realizacja projektu będzie polegała na wyłonieniu wykonawcy w trybie określonym w ustawie Prawo zamówień publicznych, a następnie na rozpoczęciu, prowadzeniu i ukończeniu fazy inwestycyjnej. W realizację projektu zaangażowane będą wszystkie podmioty i osoby, których zakres obowiązków i odpowiedzialności uregulowany jest w krajowym prawie budowlanym, jak również wynika z zasad sztuki budowlanej. Beneficjentem końcowym projektu jest Gmina Korczew (gmina wiejska), a beneficjentem ostatecznym będą wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Korczew, a także pracownicy i użytkownicy budynku objętego niniejszym projektem. Do sformułowanego zakresu działań przyczyniły się następujące potrzeby: ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych, stropu, podłóg, modernizacja instalacji grzewczej, wymiana okien i drzwi, zwiększanie udziału OZE, poprawa efektywności energetycznej, ograniczenie niskiej emisji. Obecny stan techniczny budynku wymaga przeprowadzenia natychmiastowych prac termomodernizacyjnych. (Polish)

The project concerns the thermal modernisation of the Korczew municipality, ul. Kp. Stanisława Brzóski 20a. The project involves: modernisation of floor ceiling envelope under non-heated attainments; interior wall upgrade, heated area — not heated; refurbishment of a wall of the wall of the interior heating zone, which is unheated; modernisation of floor roof floor floor — floor area not heated; modernisation of the roof; a modernisation of the partitioning system on the basis of foundation ground; the upgrade of the envelope wall; modernisation of the OZ Dreyer envelope “gravity ventilation”; modernisation of the building envelope —:’ gravity ventilation’; — modernisation of the heating system; installation of 0.005 MW photovoltaic cells. The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency. These actions will contribute to achieving the objective in a comprehensive manner. After the completion of the preparatory phase in which the investor obtains all the requisite documents, arrangements and authorisations, the project will be carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Public Procurement Act, and then on the launch, running and completion of the investment phase. The project will involve all actors and persons whose responsibilities and responsibilities are regulated by national construction law, as well as from the rules of art. The final beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Korczew (rural municipality) and the final beneficiary will be all the residents of Korchev, as well as the employees and users of the building covered by the project. The following needs have contributed to the extent of the activities: warming of external walls, floor, floor, modernisation of heating installation, replacement of windows and doors, increasing the share of RES, improving energy efficiency, reducing low emissions. The current technical condition of the building requires immediate renovation works. (English)
