Celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności i jakości usług społecznych dla 50 starszych, niesamodzielnych osób (40K) ze względu na podeszły wiek, stan zdrowia/niepełnospr. wymagających opieki w związku z niemożnością samodzielnego wykonywania co najmniej 1 z czynności dnia codziennego zamieszkujących na terenie miasta i gminy Annopol poprzez utworzenie Klubu Seniora oraz zwiększenie aktywności społecznej seniorów do 31.12.2020 r. Dzięki realizacji projektu 50 osób w wieku 60+ zostanie objętych usługami społecznymi, których zadaniem jest integracja oraz przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu i cyfrowemu seniorów z G. Annopol. Grupa docelowa: 50 osób w wieku 60+ (40 K) w tym 5 os. niepełnosprawnych (4K), 30 z obszar. wiej (24K), niesamodzielnych, kt. ze względu na wiek,stan zdrowia/niepełnospr. wymagają opieki w związku z niemożnością samodzielnego wykonywania co najmniej 1 z czynności dnia codziennego, zamieszk. na terenie G.Annopol. Głównym zadaniem w ramach Projektu jest utworzenie Klubu Seniora, w którym będą realizowane zadania zaplanowane w ramach P. Typ projektu 3b (Polish)

The aim of the project is to improve the availability and quality of social services for the 50 elderly, dependent people (40K) due to old age, state of health/disability, due to the inability to carry out at least 1 everyday activities from day to day living in the city and municipality of Annopol with the creation of a Senior Citizens’ Club and an increase in the social participation of older people by 31.12.2020. the implementation of the project of 50 people aged 60 + will be covered by social services designed to integrate and tackle the social and digital exclusion of senior citizens in Annopol. Audience: 50 persons aged 60 + (40 K) including 5 persons with disabilities (4K), 30 of the area (24 K) with disabilities in area (K) on the basis of age, state of health/disability require care as a result of the inability to carry out at least 1 everyday activities, resident in G.Annopol. The main task of the project is to set up the Senior Citizens’ Club, in which the tasks planned within the framework of the Project Type 3b will be carried out. (English)
