Podstawowe cele projektu to: I/ Zwiększenie konkurencyjności firmy poprzez wdrożenie i komercjalizację wyników prac B+R poprzez uruchomienie innowacyjnych metod regeneracji wałów korbowych i bloków silników spalinowych. Innowacja produktową jest wprowadzenie na rynek nowej usłudze Regeneracji podzespołu silnika wał/blok. Wprowadzone technologie regeneracji wału korbowego oraz bloku silnika, podnoszą skuteczność pracy tego silnika oraz redukują ryzyko ponownego uszkodzenia silnika w wyniku zerwania filmu olejowego pomiędzy łożyskiem ślizgowym a wałem korbowym. Realizacja projektu możliwa będzie poprzez wdrożenie opracowanych przez Wnioskodawcę prac B+R oraz inwestycje związane z zakupem środków trwałych niezbędnych do świadczenie nowych usług. II/ Wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa Wnioskodawcy na rynku krajowym i zagranicznym. III/ Pozyskanie nowych dla przedsiębiorstwa rynków zbytu (Polska - nowi kontrahenci oraz Czechy - nowy rynek zbytu). IV/ Wzrost przychodów i zysków, które zostaną przeznaczone na kolejne projekty badawcze oraz ich komercjalizację V/ Utrzymanie miejsc pracy oraz utworzenie nowych stanowisk w innowacyjnej polskiej firmie motoryzacyjnej. Wdrażanie wyników badań będzie prowadzone z udziałem jednostek nauko - badawczych, dzięki czemu nastąpi zacieśnienie współpracy pomiędzy przedsiębiorcą a ośrodkami badawczymi. (Polish)

The main objectives of the project are to: And/Increase the competitiveness of the company by implementing and commercialising the results of the R & D results by launching innovative methods for the regeneration of crankshafts and internal combustion engine blocks. The product innovation is the placing on the market of a new engine for a component of engine shaft/block. The applied regeneration technologies of the crankshaft and the engine block improve the efficiency of the operation of this engine and reduce the risk of re-causing the engine again as a result of breaking the film with the oil between the sliding ball bearing and the crankshaft. Implementation of the project will be possible through the implementation of the R & D work carried out by the Applicant and the investments related to the purchase of fixed assets necessary for the provision of new services. II/Improvement of the Applicant’s competitiveness on the domestic and foreign markets. III/To obtain new market outlets for the business (Poland — new counterparties and the Czech Republic — new market). IV/Improvement of revenues and profits to be allocated to further research projects and their commercialisation and creation of new jobs in the innovative Polish automotive company. The implementation of research results will be carried out with the involvement of research, research, and cooperation between businesses and research centres will be strengthened. (English)
