Le projet AGROVALOR a pour objet de dynamiser la filière agro-alimentaire lorraine autour de trois axes de recherche-développement : - la production de molécules à haute valeur ajoutée à partir de plantes (BIOPROLOR), - la création d’aliments ou de compléments alimentaires à vocation nutrition-santé (NUTRALOR) - l’Unité de Recherche ASTER qui conduit sur son installation expérimentale un travail de conception de systèmes de polyculture élevage autonomes en agriculture biologique. The aim of the AGROVALOR project is to boost the Lorraine agri-food sector around three research and development axes: — the production of high value-added molecules from plants (BIOPROLOR), — the creation of food or food supplements for nutrition-health (NUTRALOR) — the ASTER Research Unit which conducts on its experimental installation a work to design autonomous farming polyculture systems in organic farming.
