    Il s’agit : * d’identifier les difficultés qui entravent la mise en ½uvre du projet et de s’efforcer de les réduire, notamment en intervenant sur les fragilités liées aux situations d’exclusion, * de conclure un engagement réciproque pour une démarche d’insertion dans le cadre d’un projet négocié avec l’intéressé, * d’utiliser dans cette perspective la mise en situation de travail, * de mobiliser un ensemble de partenaires économiques et sociaux autour de ce projet. **Méthodologie** La définition d’objectifs et d’échéances explicitement spécifiés permet à chaque salarié en insertion de suivre un parcours balisé d’insertion socioprofessionnelle, tenant compte des réalités économiques locales comme de ses spécificités. At the same time, the Workshop develops a partnership with employers who are able to welcome garden employees on internship through EMT (Workplace Assessment, Employment Pole) or immersion periods. * (English)
