Vingt ans après sa construction, une rénovation globale de l'hôtel s'avérait indispensable. Des travaux de modernisation entrepris ces dernières années avaient permis de maintenir les hébergements et les équipements en corrélation avec leur classement 3 étoiles et d'améliorer la compétitivité de l'activité. Il s'agit par cette actuelle rénovation de conforter cette dynamique par un développement qualitatif de l'activité et l'obtention du classement 4 étoiles. Le programme d'investissement est adapté aux impératifs imposés par le classement envisagé et comprendra : la montée en gamme des 110 chambres, de l'accueil, du restaurant ainsi que l'amélioration de l'accessibilité et des aménagements spécifiques des personnes à mobilité réduite. Le coût total du projet est de 2 226 008.85 euros pour un accompagnement Feder proposé de 668 734.10 euros et un co-financement région de 334 366.05 euros. Le maitre d'ouvrage justifie de sa capacité d'autofinancement par des fonds propres à hauteur de 1 226 008.85 euros, qui fera l'objet d'un blocage en compte courant. (French)

Twenty years after its construction, a comprehensive renovation of the hotel was essential. Modernisation work undertaken in recent years has made it possible to maintain accommodation and equipment in line with their 3 star ranking and to improve the competitiveness of the business. The aim of this current renovation is to reinforce this dynamic by a qualitative development of the activity and the achievement of the 4-star ranking. The investment programme shall be adapted to the requirements imposed by the proposed ranking and shall include: the upscale of the 110 rooms, the reception, the restaurant and the improvement of the accessibility and the specific facilities for people with reduced mobility. The total cost of the project is EUR 2226008.85 for a proposed ERDF support of EUR 668734.10 and a regional co-financing of EUR 334366.05. The contracting authority justifies its own funds capacity of EUR 122 6008.85, which will be blocked in the current account. (English)
