    Le but du chantier d'insertion est de donner tous les moyens aux salariés de développer des compétences, des capacités et des savoirs de base permettant l'accès à l'emploi. Le recrutement est ouvert à toute personne éligible au CDDI et surtout motivée pour s'inscrire dans une démarche d'insertion socio- professionnelle, quelque soit le niveau de compétence et de sexe. Le public féminin est habituellement peu représenté sur le chantier d'insertion dû à l'activité principale du chantier qui relève du bâtiment. Pour autant, le chantier d'insertion leur sert de tremplin pour un accès à la formation qualifiante. Le recrutement est également ouvert aux personnes handicapées. Les salariés bénéficient d'un encadrement technique professionnel, d'un accompagnement renforcé et d'une prise en charge des problématiques sociales. La continuité du parcours d'insertion est mise en oeuvre à la sortie du chantier d'insertion afin de permettre de finaliser les projets professionnels. (French)

The female public is usually poorly represented on the integration site due to the main activity of the building site. However, the integration site serves as a springboard for access to qualifying training. Recruitment is also open to persons with disabilities. Employees benefit from professional technical supervision, enhanced support and social issues. The continuity of the integration pathway is implemented at the end of the integration site in order to enable professional projects to be finalised. (English)
