    Il s'agit de la rénovation énergétique de 20 logements sociaux locatifs situés Résidence le Midour à Nogaro (32) par l'Office Public de l'Habitat du Gers. Les objectifs recherchés sont de contribuer aux efforts nécessaires à la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre et de permettre aux locataires de réduire les charges liées aux dépenses d’énergie tout en améliorant leur confort et la qualité de leur logement. Le résultat escompté est le passage d’une étiquette avant travaux D : 198 KW/m2 CEP à une étiquette B : 80 KW/m2 CEP après travaux. D’après l’étude thermique fournie dans le dossier de demande d’aide, les travaux devraient engendrer un gain énergétique de près de 60 %. (French)
