Les bâtiments situés au 895 rue du Ramierou à Montauban sont occupés par le centre de loisir géré par le Grand Montauban. Une partie de ces bâtiments est occupée par des services administratifs ouverts au public. Ces bâtiments font l'objet d'une forte consommation énergétique au quotidien. Un pré-diagnostic a été réalisé par le Grand Montauban dès 2005 qui a conduit à la mise en place d'opérations de réduction des consommation de gaz sur le site. Aujourd'hui, le Grand Montauban souhaite poursuivre son action en engageant des travaux de rénovation énergétique sur les bâtiments administratifs de ce site. Le calendrier prévisionnel de l'opération de rénovation énergétique est du 02/01/2016 au 30/04/2019. (French)

The buildings located at 895 rue du Ramierou in Montauban are occupied by the leisure centre managed by the Grand Montauban. Some of these buildings are occupied by administrative services open to the public. These buildings are subject to high energy consumption on a daily basis. A pre-diagnosis was carried out by the Grand Montauban in 2005 which led to the establishment of operations to reduce gas consumption at the site. Today, the Grand Montauban wishes to continue its action by undertaking energy renovation works on the administrative buildings of this site. The estimated timetable for the energy renovation operation is from 02/01/2016 to 30/04/2019. (English)
