Le service d'Animation du PLIE SEM assure le suivi de la programmation annuelle composée d'actions conventionnées avec des porteurs de projet. L'appel à projet 2016 a pour orientations globales : \- d'organiser l'accompagnement renforcé des participants en l'adaptant aux événements économiques en oeuvre sur notre territoire, et en le façonnant selon l'évolution des métiers, \- de maintenir les actions d'accès et de maintien dans l'emploi, et de développer une opération d'animation économique sur le territoire, \- de conserver l'enveloppe dédiée à la formation en prenant en compte le public sénior et le public jeune, et préparer, former les participants aux offres diffusées par la MDE Métropole Sud, \- de développer le soutien apporté aux jeunes en difficulté, dans la médiation en entreprise, et dans le maintien en emploi, \- de maintenir l'action de coordination territoriale afin de permettre de consolider les passerelles créées entre acteurs du territoire. The PLIE SEM Animation Service monitors the annual programming made up of actions agreed with project promoters. The overall thrust of the 2016 call for projects is: \- to organise the enhanced support of the participants by adapting it to economic events in our territory, and shaping it according to the evolution of the trades, \- to maintain the measures of access and retention in employment, and to develop an economic animation operation in the territory, \- to keep the envelope dedicated to training taking into account the senior and the young public, and prepare, train participants to the offers distributed by the MDE Métropole Sud, \- to develop the support provided to young people in difficulty, in mediation in companies, and in maintaining employment, \- to maintain the territorial coordination action in order to consolidate the bridges created between players in the territory.
