Dans le cadre d'un projet urbain ambitieux (321 logements sociaux réhabilités), mené sur l'ensemble du quartier La Conte - Joliot Curie, et s'inscrivant dans une démarche de développement durable, Habitat Audois réalise une rénovation du bâtiment Roussillon de manière à améliorer le confort thermique et la qualité de vie des 45 familles qui y résident. L'action permettra de limiter l'impact de la hausse des prix de l'énergie sur les occupants, via une baisse des consommations liées au chauffage et une prise en compte du confort d'été, dans un contexte de réchauffement climatique. As part of an ambitious urban project (321 rehabilitated social housing), carried out throughout the La Conte — Joliot Curie district, and part of a sustainable development approach, Habitat Audois is undertaking a renovation of the Roussillon building in order to improve the thermal comfort and quality of life of the 45 families living there. The action will limit the impact of rising energy prices on occupants by reducing heating consumption and taking into account summer comfort in a context of global warming. (English)
