L’opération consiste à accompagner vers l’emploi les personnes en recherche d’emploi en centre Ardèche. Cet accompagnement se fait au travers d’entretiens individuels et d’actions collectives visant à préparer les publics à l’emploi, à les rendre acteurs de leur projet et à les sensibiliser aux activités et opportunités locales. Pour optimiser cet accompagnement le Site de proximité conduit d’une part un travail partenarial avec les employeurs (accompagnement de leur recherche de personnel, prospection de leurs besoins, afin de les amener à prendre en compte les caractéristiques locales de la demande d’emploi (DELD, séniors, femmes). Il anime d’autre part un réseau d’acteurs de l’emploi et de l’insertion professionnelle afin de fluidifier les parcours des demandeurs d’emploi et d’offrir localement plus de lisibilité sur le rôle de chaque structure. Cette action a donc pour objectif de rapprocher l’offre et la demande locale de main d’œuvre, en accompagnant les publics et les employeurs mais aussi en favorisant leur rencontre et la meilleure connaissance mutuelle. The operation consists of accompanying persons seeking employment in the Ardèche centre. This support is provided through individual interviews and collective actions aimed at preparing audiences for employment, making them involved in their project and raising awareness of local activities and opportunities. In order to optimise this support, the Local Site conducts partnership work with employers on the one hand (supporting their search for staff, prospecting their needs, in order to lead them to take into account the local characteristics of the job demand (DELD, seniors, women). On the other hand, it organises a network of actors in the field of employment and integration in order to smooth the paths of jobseekers and to offer more readability locally about the role of each structure. The aim of this action is therefore to bring local labour supply and demand closer together, by accompanying the public and employers, but also by promoting their encounter and better mutual knowledge.
