La ville de Mondeville porte actuellement un projet de valorisation dans son tissu urbain d'une emprise globale de 8 hectares libérée en 2009 par un service de l'armée : l'ancien établissement central de matériel de mobilisation du service de santé des armées (ECMMSSA).
