Il prévoit la sensibilisation des porteurs de projets potentiels, leur accompagnement et leur suivi de la pré-incubation à la post-création de l'entreprise, le développement de l'expertise de l'incubateur en matière d'innovation sociale et l'organisation de la seconde édition des Rencontres Internationales de l'Innovation Sociale. The project supports the 2015 programme of Alter’Incub incubator, a tool of the Regional Union of LR SCOPs that supports the creation of socially innovative enterprises. It provides for the awareness of potential project promoters, their support and follow-up from pre-incubation to the post-creation of the company, the development of the incubator’s expertise in social innovation and the organisation of the second edition of the International Meetings of Social Innovation.
