Strasbourg et ses environs constitue une zone regroupant un grand nombre de structures accueillant des étrangers allophones et en situation d’illettrisme. Si un certain nombre d’initiative en faveur de la pratique de la langue française sont proposées à ce public, il n’existe en revanche aucune action mêlant apprentissage de la langue française et création audiovisuelle et photographique. Or les expériences menées par La Chambre auprès des publics en insertion a révélé un fort potentiel pédagogique de l’image dans la pratique de la langue française. (French)

Strasbourg and its surroundings are an area with a large number of facilities for foreigners who are allophones and illiterate. While a number of initiatives to promote the practice of the French language are offered to this audience, there is no action combining French language learning with audiovisual and photographic creation. However, La Chambre’s experiments with audiences in inclusion revealed a strong pedagogical potential of the image in the practice of the French language. (English)
