L'opération consiste à accompagner les entrepreneurs du domaine du bâtiment, en Coopérative d'Activités et d'Emploi (CAE), dans le démarrage et le développement de leur activité économique, du 02/01/2018 au 31/12/2018. Cet accompagnement se décline sous une forme individuelle et collective. L'objectif de cet accompagnement consiste à : a) Transmettre aux entrepreneurs les connaissances et le savoir-faire nécessaire pour devenir autonomes dans leur activité : gestion de projet, marketing, communication, démarche commerciale, comptabilité, réglementations, organisation du travail, sécurité et protection de la santé. b) Conseiller les entrepreneurs et co-piloter leur activité : de la phase amont à la phase opérationnelle du test, et ce jusqu'à la sortie de la coopérative d'activités et d'emploi. Cet accompagnement s'inscrit dans la durée et démarre au moment de l'accueil des entrepreneurs dans le cadre de sessions d'information collective et dans les rendez-vous individuels qui y sont rattachés. The operation consists of supporting entrepreneurs in the building sector, in the Cooperative of Activities and Employment (CAE), in the start-up and development of their economic activity, from 02/01/2018 to 31/12/2018. This accompaniment is provided in an individual and collective form. The objective of this support is to: provide entrepreneurs with the knowledge and know-how necessary to become self-sufficient in their activities: project management, marketing, communication, business approach, accounting, regulations, work organisation, safety and health protection. b) Advising entrepreneurs and co-piloting their activity: from the upstream phase to the operational phase of the test, to the exit of the activity and employment cooperative. This accompaniment is long-term and starts at the time of the reception of entrepreneurs in the framework of collective information sessions and in the individual appointments attached to it.
