Le projet SPIRULICIUM CARDIO émarge sur deux domaines d'intervention: - "Thérapies innovantes et ciblées - diagnostic - Intervention non médicamenteuse" de la 3S. Le projet a pour objectif de développer un complément alimentaire (spiruline enrichie en silicium) destiné à la prévention des maladies cardiovasculaires et adapté à une cible âgée. Ce projet viendra conforter les enjeux du domaine 3 de la 3S à savoir devenir un territoire de référence de la prise en charge de l'usager, de la prévention au suivi après traitement. - "Économie Littorale et Maritime" dans l'ambition "Bio-économie marine" de la 3S. Ce projet a également pour but la recherche de procédés permettant d'augmenter les rendements de culture en optimisant les facteurs nécessaires à une photosynthèse performante et de mécaniser la récolte de spiruline enrichie en silicium. The SPIRULICIUM CARDIO project is based on two areas of intervention: — ‘innovative and targeted therapies — diagnosis — Non-drug intervention’ of 3S. The project aims to develop a dietary supplement (silicon-enriched Spirulina) for the prevention of cardiovascular disease and adapted to an elderly target. This project will reinforce the challenges of domain 3 of 3S, namely becoming a reference area from the care of the user, from prevention to follow-up after treatment. — “Light and Maritime economy” in the “Bio-marine economy” ambition of the 3S. The aim of this project is also to research processes to increase crop yields by optimising the factors necessary for efficient photosynthesis and to mechanise the collection of silicon-enriched spirulina.
