Portée par Domaxis cette opération s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'axe 8 "Soutenir la transition vers une économie à faible émission de carbone en Île-de-France" et l'objectif spécifique 13 "Diminuer la précarité énergétique à travers la rénovation du bâti résidentiel". Les travaux portent sur la réhabilitation de deux bâtiments datant des années 1950 (bâtiments Debussy et Chopin) du patrimoine social de Domaxis, notamment sur des travaux thermiques visant le label BBC dans le cadre du programme de renouvellement urbain et social de la Pierre Plate à Bagneux (92). Cette opération contribuera à diminuer la précarité énergétique des ménages et à réduire le coût de leur consommation énergétique. (French)

This operation is carried out by Domaxis within the framework of axis 8 “Supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy in Île-de-France” and the specific objective 13 “Reducing energy poverty through the renovation of residential buildings”. The works concern the rehabilitation of two buildings dating from the 1950s (Debussy and Chopin buildings) of the social heritage of Domaxis, including thermal works for the BBC label as part of the urban and social renewal programme of the Pierre Plate in Bagneux (92). This operation will help reduce household energy poverty and reduce the cost of energy consumption. (English)
