Le projet concerne la réhabilitation thermique de 190 logements sociaux à Guyancourt. La résidence, construite en 1979, présente une faible isolation et un système de chauffage vétuste et peu performant. Sa régulation est notamment très complexe. Il est donc prévu la mise en place d'un projet d'envergure comprenant notamment l'isolation des façades par l'extérieur, le remplacement complet du système de chauffage par un système individuel électrique très performant et la mise en place d'ateliers participatifs avec les locataires pour les sensibiliser sur les éco-gestes. The project concerns the thermal rehabilitation of 190 social housing units in Guyancourt. The residence, built in 1979, has low insulation and an outdated and low-performance heating system. In particular, its regulation is very complex. It is therefore planned to set up a large-scale project including the insulation of the facades from the outside, the complete replacement of the heating system with a high-performance individual electric system and the setting up of participatory workshops with tenants to raise their awareness of eco-gestes.
