Porté par la CCI du Puy-de-Dôme, le présent projet consiste à construire un bâtiment "Pépinière d'entreprises" de type industriel sur le Parc d'activité Entre Dore et Allier à Lezoux à proximité immédiate de la sortie autoroutière A89 (sortie n°28 - Lezoux). Le bâtiment d'environ 900 m² sera composé de 3 modules d'atelier avec bureaux de 300 m² chacun. Chaque module comprendra un atelier de 240 m² environ et un espace de bureaux, secrétariat, sanitaires de 60 m² environ. (French)

Carried by the CCI du Puy-de-Dôme, this project consists of the construction of an industrial-type “business incubator” building on the activity park Entre Dore et Allier in Lezoux in the immediate vicinity of the motorway exit A89 (exit n°28 — Lezoux). The building of approximately 900 m² will consist of 3 workshop modules with offices of 300 m² each. Each module will consist of a workshop of approximately 240 m² and an office space, secretariat, sanitary facilities of about 60 m². (English)
