Le suivi du PTI doit être fait en maintenant la dynamique partenariale engagée et une méthodologie commune ce qui requière **une animation et le suivi de sa mise en oeuvre par les partenaires.** Un poste de chargé de mission Insertion Coordination du PTI est créé pour effectuer : * Veille juridique sur le secteur de l’insertion, * Analyse des besoins et de l’offre en matière d’insertion, * Appui à la définition de documents stratégiques, * Coordination et animation de l'offre d'insertion (animation, mobilisation, concertation...) en interne et en externe avec les partenaires extérieurs pour suivre et améliorer la mise en oeuvre des actions du PDI et du PTI. * Evaluer et communiquer sur le PTI, ses réalisations et ses résultats. Une meilleure animation et communication sur le PTI participeront à améliorer la lisibilité et l’efficacité des politiques d’insertion. Un travail spécifique sera prévu pour faciliter la lisibilité de l’intervention des partenaires et leurs actions pour le public et les décideurs publics. (French)

The monitoring of the ITP must be done by maintaining the partnership dynamic and a common methodology which requires ** animation and monitoring of its implementation by the partners.** A post of Insertion Coordination Officer of the ITP is created to carry out: * Legal watch on the integration sector, * Analysis of the needs and the offer for inclusion, * Support for the definition of strategic documents, * Coordination and animation of the insertion offer (animation, mobilisation, consultation...) internally and externally with external partners to monitor and improve the implementation of the IDP and ITP activities. * Evaluate and communicate the ITP, its achievements and results. Better animation and communication on the ITP will help to improve the readability and effectiveness of integration policies. Specific work will be planned to facilitate the readability of the partners’ intervention and their actions for the public and public decision-makers. (English)
