Le projet de la Mission Locale est de proposer plusieurs périodes intensives et collectives de mobilisation et de co-construction aux jeunes ciblés, par groupes de 10 à 12, tout en maintenant un relation personnalisée, au travers d'une approche globale et d'entretiens individuels très réguliers, afin de produire un effet d'accélérateur sur la mise en mouvement et l'entrée plus rapide en situations d'emploi / de formation. Il s'agit ainsi de proposer un accompagnement renforcé à 625 jeunes, dans le cadre de d'un parcours personnalisé, comprenant : * une phase d'accueil et d'évaluation préalable partagée avec le jeune, * une phase d'accompagnement collectif : participation à un groupe de 12 jeunes, acquisition de connaissances et méthodes en matière : * de choix d'orientation, * de conduite de ses démarches d'accès à une qualification ou un emploi, * d'articulation de sa vie quotidienne avec sa problématique d'insertion, * une phase de suivi individuel : entretiens très réguliers * de conseil (à dimension de prise en compte globale, et d'expertise emploi / orientation), * de propositions, * de médiation (mise en lien directe d'un jeune avec des entreprises, mise en place de rencontres pour découvrir des métiers, pour comprendre les attentes mutuelles, (French)

The project of the Local Mission is to offer several intensive and collective periods of mobilisation and co-construction to young people targeted, in groups of 10 to 12, while maintaining a personalised relationship, through a comprehensive approach and very regular individual interviews, in order to produce an accelerator effect on the movement and faster entry into employment/training situations.
