L'opération se compose d'une action en deux temps insécables : \- Le repérage des jeunes NEET non inscrits à la MLI BC et donc non connus. Ce repérage est préalable et indispensable à la poursuite de l'action et de la construction du projet professionnel des jeunes. Il permet d'initier l'accompagnement personnalisé en face à face et de donner des informations aux conseillers IEJ sur le premier contact établi avec le jeune et sur son parcours. \- L'accompagnement personnalisé des jeunes se décline en un accompagnement individuel renforcé (les informations recueillies par le référent repérage permettront de mieux identifier les freins à l'insertion lors du premier entretien) et adapté aux besoins spécifiques du jeune notamment par un positionnement sur des sous actions (cf fiche action) ainsi que par un accompagnement collectif pour les jeunes qui s'y engagent (dans les ateliers "bouger pour trouver un emploi" et en partie pour la mobilité internationale). The operation consists of an insecable two-step action: \- The identification of NEET youth not enrolled in MLI BC and therefore unknown. This identification is a prerequisite and indispensable for the continuation of the action and the construction of the professional project for young people. It allows to initiate personalised support face-to-face and to give information to IEJ advisors about the first contact established with the young person and about his or her career. \- Personal support for young people is provided by enhanced individual support (the information collected by the referencer will make it possible to better identify the barriers to integration during the first interview) and adapted to the specific needs of the young person, in particular by positioning on sub-actions (see action fiche) and by providing collective support for young people who engage in it (in workshops “moving to find a job” and partly for international mobility).
