In diesem Projekt werden Hamburg weit Jugendliche, die sich aufgrund multipler Problemlagen weder in Ausbildung oder Beschäftigung noch im SGB-II-Regelsystem (teilweise) in ihrem Sozialraum aufgesucht und u.a. über konkrete Bildungsangebote und Arbeitserprobungen aktiviert. Primäres Ziel ist die Stabilisierung ihrer Lebensumstände, um so eine Heranführung an die Jugendberufsagentur und schließlich in Ausbildung oder Beschäftigung zu ermöglichen. (German)
