Beim BIJ handelt es sich um eine Maßnahme für Jugendliche, die aufgrund ihrer (noch) vorhandenen Ausbildungsfähigkeit und auch wegen ihrere Sprachdefizite keinen Ausbildungsplatz finden konnten. Durch die Vermittlung berufsbezogener Kenntnisse soll die Ausbildungsreife dieser Jugendlichen verbessert werden. (German)
