Cel główny projektu to zwiększenie dostępności do edukacji przedszkolnej poprzez utworzenie nowego oddziału przedszkolnego, a tym samym 18 dodatkowych miejsc w okresie VIII.19-VIII.20 w Przedszkolu w Dobrej (gm. Sędziejowice- woj. łódzkie) oraz rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej Przedszkola w Dobrej w ramach dodatkowych zajęć edukacyjnych (140h) dla 18 dzieci (8 dz, 10chł). Projekt zakłada realizacje 3 zadań: Zadanie 1 Utworzenie 18 nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w Przedszkolu w Dobrej - zakup wyposażenia w tym: zakup doposażenia i pomocy dydaktycznych. Zadanie 2 Bieżące funkcjonowanie nowo utworzonego oddziału wychowania przedszkolnego w Przedszkolu w Dobrej - koszty bieżącego funkcjonowania przez 12 miesięcy, w tym: koszty wynagrodzenia nauczycieli i personelu zatrudnionego w OWP, koszty żywienia dzieci; Zadanie 3 Rozszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej Przedszkola w Dobrej”, w tym: – grupowe i indywidualne, z zakresu logopedii oraz zajęć stymulujących rozwój psychoruchowy. Grupa docelowa: - 18(8dz, 10chł) dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, - 1 ośrodek wychowania przedszkolnego. Główne rezultaty: -utworzenie 18 miejsc wych. przedsz. w Przedszkolu w Dobrej (woj. łódzkie) -wyposażenie 1 OWP, -zrealizowanie 140h zajęć dodatkowych Kryteria premiujące: 1.Skierowanie projektu do istniejących OWP, które nie korzystały ze środków EFS - zgodnie z pkt. IV. 2.Skierowanie projektu do OWP zlokalizowanych na obszarach wiejskich- zgodnie z pkt. IV. Finansowanie bieżącej działalności nowo utworzonych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego nie przekracza 12 miesięcy. Finansowanie realizacji dodatkowych zajęć dla dzieci nie przekracza 12 miesięcy. The main objective of the project is to increase the availability to pre-school education by setting up a new pre-school division and thus 18 additional places in the period VIII.19-VIII.20 in the Early School in Good (Łódź Province) and the extension of the educational offer to the good of the good educational activities (140h) for 18 children (8Z, 10h). The project is based on 3 tasks: Activity 1 Creation of 18 new pre-school establishments in good — purchase of equipment including: purchase of equipment and teaching aids. Activity 2 Current operation of the newly established nursery school establishment in Dobrich — running costs for 12 months, including: costs of the salaries of teachers and staff employed in the PLO; Activity 3 Extension of the education offer from the School of Good (Good), including: Group and individual, speech therapy and psychomotor stimuli. Audience: — 18 (8Z, 10reared) pre-school children, — 1 nursery centre. Main results: Creation of 18 sites. 1.directing the project to the existing PLO which did not benefit from the ESF resources according to point IV. 2.Management of the project to the PLO located in the rural areas, in accordance with point (b). IV. The financing of the ongoing activities of newly created pre-school places does not exceed 12 months. The financing of the implementation of additional activities for children shall not exceed 12 months. (English)
