Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29. roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie piotrkowskim i mieście Piotrkowie Trybunalskim. Liczba osób bezrobotnych (łącznie z długotrwale bezrobotnymi) pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) wyniesie 95 osób. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29. roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane do potrzeb osób bezrobotnych usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy: staże, szkolenia, dotacje na podjecie działalności gospodarczej, refundacje w ramach prac interwencyjnych, zatrudnienie bezrobotnego w ramach wyposażenia/doposażenia stanowiska pracy, wspierane pośrednictwem pracy, poradnictwem zawodowym, indywidualnymi planami działania. Projekt jest zgodny z założeniami Powiatowej Strategii Rozwiązywania Problemów Społecznych na lata 2014-2020 oraz Strategią Rozwoju Miasta Piotrków Trybunalski 2020, prawodawstwem krajowym i wspólnotowym. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over the age of 29 years in the district of Piotrków Trybunalski in the district of Piotrków Trybunalski. The number of unemployed persons (including the long-term unemployed) working after leaving (including self-employment) will be 95 people. The project will cover persons over the age of 29 eligible for the Aid Profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”) in particularly vulnerable situations on the labour market. The PLO will implement the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, tailored to the needs of the unemployed: traineeships, training, subsidies for the concept of economic activity, refunds in the framework of intervention work, the recruitment of unemployed persons in the context of work equipment/retrofitting work stations, supported by means of work, careers advice, individual action plans. The project is in line with the objectives of the District Strategy for the Resolution of Social Problems 2014-2020 and the Piotrków Trybunalski Municipal Development Strategy 2020, national and Community legislation.
