Projekt obejmuje realizację działań termomodernizacyjnych w budynku mieszkalno-usługowym w Dańkowie w gminie Biała Rawska. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa energetyczna przedmiotowego budynków poprzez kompleksowe działania termomodernizacyjne. Zaplanowana inwestycja w sposób zdecydowany przyczyni się do zwiększenia oszczędności wytwarzanej energii, optymalizacji kosztów eksploatacji budynku, a tym samym zmniejszenia emisji szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery.W ramach prac termomodernizacyjnych zostały przewidziane następujące prace: Zadanie 1 – Prace przygotowawcze - Zadanie obejmuje przygotowanie studium wykonalności, Zadanie 2 – Prace budowlane – Zadanie polega na wykonaniu prac termomodernizacyjnych dla budynku mieszkalno-usługowego w Dańkowie wynikających z załączonego audytu energetycznego i obejmuje: • Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych o powierzchni 433 m2 • Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych piwnic w gruncie o powierzchni 74 m2 • Ocieplenie dachu wraz z pokryciem papą termozgrzewalną o powierzchni 290 m2 • Wymiana okien o powierzchni 6,5m2 • Wymiana drzwi i wrót zewnętrznych o powierzchni 17,2 m2 • Wymiana instalacji c.o. • Wymiana instalacji c.w. Zadanie 3 – Prace towarzyszące - Zadanie obejmuje koszty dodatkowych prac budowlanych i wykończeniowych niezwiązanych bezpośrednio z pracami termomodernizacyjnymi. Zadanie 4 – Zarządzanie projektem i jego obsługa – Zadanie obejmuje koszty nadzoru inwestorskiego oraz promocji projektu. Przewidziane w ramach projektu działania pozwolą na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię przedmiotowego budynku o 67,4%, co przełoży się na obniżenie zużycia paliw konwencjonalnych i spowoduje ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie gminy Biała Rawska. Jego odbiorcami będą lokatorzy zamieszkujący przedmiotowy budynek, pracownicy i pacjenci placówki zdrowotnej (parter budynku) oraz wszyscy mieszkańcy gminy Biała Rawska z uwagi na wpływ projektu na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego. The project covers the implementation of thermomodernisation measures in the residential and residential building in Dańków in the municipality of Biała Rawska. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings in question through comprehensive thermal modernisation. The planned investment will make a decisive contribution to improving energy savings, optimising the cost of operating the building and reducing emissions of harmful substances to the atmosphere. Activity 1 — Preparatory work — Activity includes the preparation of a feasibility study, Activity 2 — Construction works — Task consists of the renovation of the thermo-modernisation works for a residential and service building in Members resulting from the enclosed energy audit and includes: • the insulation of the outer walls of 433 m²• the insulation of the outer cellars in the ground with a surface area of 74 m²• the insulation of the outer wall of the basement with a surface of m²• the roof insulation with covering a surface of 290 m²• the replacement of windows with a surface of 6.5 m²• Exchange of doors and windows with a surface area of 17.2 m²• Exchange of door and back doors with an area of m²• Exchange of door and back facilities with a surface area of m²• Exchanging of the installation of c.o.• Task 3 — Accompanying works — Zadanie is covered by the costs of additional construction and finishing works which are not directly related to thermal modernisation works. Activity 4 — Project management and maintenance — The task covers the costs of investor supervision and project promotion. The project will reduce the energy demand of the building by 67.4 %, reducing the consumption of conventional fuels and reducing air pollutant emissions. The project will be implemented in the municipality of Biała Rawska. Its recipients will be the occupants living in the building, the workers and the patients of the health centre (ground floor of the building) and all residents of the municipality of Biała Rawska due to the impact of the project on the improvement of the environment.
