Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie liczby miejsc wych. przedszkolnego oraz rozszerzenie oferty eduk poprzez utworzenie Przedszkola Gminnego w Jaczowie, poł.na ter.Gminy Jerzmanowa (woj.dolnośląskie) i realizację w okresie 1.03.2020-31.08.2021 nast. zad:- utworzenie nowego OP(25miejsc) i doposażenie istniejącej infrastruktury;- realizację zaj dod dla 75dzieci;- doskonalenie kompetencji n-li (1K) z zakresu pedagogiki specjalnej.W ramach p. będą prowadzone na ter przedszkola dod. zaj grupowe (75U(38K)) rozwijające komp.kluczowe, specjalistyczne, stymulujące rozwój psycho-ruchowy oraz indyw zaj specjalistyczne - logopedia (25U), mające na celu zaspokojenie indyw potrzeb rozwojowych, okr w wyniku przeprowadzonej i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący – G. Jerzmanowa przed złożeniem wniosku aplikacyjnego- diagnozy. Ponadto, n-lka zatrudniona w przedszkolu podniesie swoje komp w ramach szkolenia z zakr. ped.specj. P. jest zgodny z zapisami i celami szczeg RPO WD 14-20 oraz z zapisami SZOOP Woj. Dolnośląskiego 14-20. Wsparciem zostanie objętych łącznie 75u, w tym 38K i 37M oraz 1n-lka (1K). Grupę doc stanowi Przedszkole Gminne w Jaczowie, uczęszczający do niego U. oraz ich n- lka. P. odp na zdiagnozowane problemy: zbyt mała liczba dost. miejsc przedszkolnych oraz niewystarczający poziom świadczonych usług.Inwestycje zaplanowane do real w ramach p. dostosują OP do wymogów okr przepisami prawa oraz wpłyną na podniesienie atrakcyjności, funkcjonalności i jakości tworzonego ośrodka. Konieczność real zajęć dod. wynika z potrzeby wyr. szans eduk dzieci z obszarów wiejskich i niwelowania różnic eduk wyn. ze specyfiki miejsca zamieszkania i zw z nią brakiem alternatywnych form rozwoju. Diagnoza nie wykazała udziału w p osób z niepełnosprawnością, jednak wsparcie zaplanowano zgodnie z koncepcją uniwersalnego projektowania, a w momencie pojawienia się uczestnika z konkretnymi potrzebami wyn. z niepełnosprawności, Wnioskodawca zastosuje mechanizm racjonalnych usprawnień.
