Projekt dot.wdrożenia wyników samodzielnie przeprowadz. w I kw.2016r. prac B+R przez pracowników DETAL-MET,których efektem było opracowanie innowacyjnego produktu w postaci systemu/instalacji nawodnieniowych,składającej się z rury nawadniającej wraz z tulejami kroplującymi w specyfikacji i funkcjonalności opracowanej wg autorstwa DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o. tj. z dodatkiem nanocząsteczek srebra i/lub miedzi. Wyniki ww. badań, które zawarto w Raporcie z dn.28.03.2016r. potwierdziły zasadność i funkcjonalną użyteczność przyjętej przez Wnioskodawcę koncepcji technologicz. polegającej na uzupełnianiu podczas procesu produkcji ww. rur nawadniających (stanowiących zasadniczy element ww.systemu)głównego składnika produkcyjnego tj.polietylenu o nanocząst. srebra i/lub miedzi oraz ich rozprowadzaniu w całej objętości rury tj. w jej warstwie wewn. i zewn. Opracowanie powyższ. rozwiązania znalazło efekt poprzez złożony przez DETAL-MET w dn.13.10.2016r. do Urz.Patent. RP Wniosek o udziel. patentu na wynalazek (Zał.nr14.5doWn.odof.). Produkt poprzez swoje nowatorskie rozwiązania wprowadzi nowe właściwości funkcj. i użytk. w zakresie branży producentów instalacji nawadniających czyniąc DETAL-MET pierwszym/jedynym producentem tego rodzaju wyrobu na świecie,albowiem wcześniejsze rozpozn. rynku/branży wykazało,iż dotychczas tego rodzaju produkt w specyfikacji opracowanej przez Wnioskod. nie był w ogóle wytwarzany. Wobec powyższ. poprzez realizację projektu DETAL-MET zrealizuje cel w postaci wdrożenia wyników samodziel.prac B+R zakończonych zgłosz. patent. poprzez rozpoczęcie produkcji i wprowadzenie do oferty Firmy i na rynek ww. systemów nawadniających,które stanowią produkt innowacyjny w skali świata/kraju/woj.Kuj-Pom,spełniający warunek jego stosowania krócej niż 3 lata,co w konsekwencji spowoduje dywersyfikacji obecnie prowadz. działalności. W celu realizacji Projektu DETAL-MET dokona zakupu nowoczes. urządzeń (określ.w Zał.nr5 i sekcji H do Wn.odof.),co pozwoli wdrożyć ww. innowację. (Polish)

Implementation of results of a self-move. in the first quarter of 2016, the R & D work carried out by the DETAL-MET workers, which resulted in the development of an innovative irrigation product/installation, consisting of a irrigation tube with a drop tube in specifications and functionality developed by DETAL-MET Sp. z o.o., i.e. with the addition of silver and/or copper nanoparticles. The results of the above-mentioned tests, which were included in the RPort of 28.03.2016, confirmed the usefulness and functional utility of the technological approach taken by the Applicant to supplement during the production process the said irrigation pipes (which are an essential part of the web) of the primary production component, i.e. silver and/or copper, and their distribution throughout the tube, i.e. in its external and external layers. Development of the above solution has been achieved through the DETAL-PMET, which was submitted to the Authority in 13.10.2016. Office of the European Parliament and of the Council for the creation of a patent for the invention (Zał.nr.14.5docn..). The product, through its novel features, will introduce new functional properties and operate an irrigation installation industry making DETAL-MET first/only producer of this type in the world, since the previous market/industry has shown that so far this type of product in the specifications produced by the applicant was not produced at all. In view of the above, by implementing the DETAL-MET project, it will achieve the objective of implementing the results of the R & D independent results. In order to implement the DETAL-MET project, it will purchase new items of equipment (set out in Annex No 5 and section H to Wn.odf.) in order to implement the above-mentioned innovation. (English)
