Projekt realizowany będzie przez Gminę Jerzmanowa w Urzędzie Gminy Jerzmanowa. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest zapewnienie klientom Urzędu Gminy Jerzmanowa dostępu do szerokiego zakresu wysokiej jakości usług publicznych świadczonych drogą elektroniczną – cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących celów cząstkowych: a) wzrost liczby usług publicznych świadczonych przez Urząd Gminy Jerzmanowa dostępnych drogą elektroniczną poprzez udostępnienie na ePUAP 20 usług publicznych o 3. stopniu e-dojrzałości – dwustronna interakcja oraz 6 usług publicznych o 4. stopniu e-dojrzałości – transakcja; b) zwiększenie stopnia cyfryzacji i udoskonalenie procesów realizowanych w Urzędzie Gminy Jerzmanowa poprzez wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu dziedzinowego oraz systemu elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów i BIP; c) udostępnienie klientom wysokiej jakości usług w zakresie podatków poprzez integrację systemów wewnętrznych Urzędu Gminy Jerzmanowa z portalem podatkowym mieszkańca (utworzenie sfery publicznej dla klientów); d) zwiększenie poziomu dostępności do usług publicznych świadczonych drogą elektroniczną poprzez uruchomienie w Urzędzie Gminy Jerzmanowa punktu potwierdzającego profil zaufany ePUAP. Przedmiot projektu odzwierciedlają główne zadania: uruchomienie usług finansowych, uruchomienie systemu elektronicznego obiegu i BIP oraz utworzenie punktu potwierdzania profili zaufanych ePUAP. W ramach projektu zostanie wykorzystana funkcjonalność platformy krajowej ePUAP. Projekt zapewni interoperacyjność systemów teleinformatycznych zgodnie z aktualnymi wymogami prawa. Dzięki realizacji projektu wzrośnie liczba spraw załatwianych elektronicznie przez głównych interesariuszy e-usług – obywateli i przedsiębiorców z obszaru gminy Jerzmanowa. (Polish)

The project will be carried out by the municipality of Jerzmanov in the municipality of Jerzmanov. The direct objective of the project is to allow the customers of the Municipality to have access to a wide range of high-quality public services by electronic means, which will be achieved by pursuing the following sub-objectives: (a) the increase in the number of public services provided by the municipality of Jermanov by means of accessible public services on ePUAP 20 with 3 degrees of maturity — bilateral interaction and 6 public services with 4 rd maturity — transaction; (b) to increase the degree of digitalisation and to improve the processes of the Jrzmanowa municipality through the implementation of an integrated system of matters and of the electronic document workflow system and the BIP; (c) making available to customers high quality tax services through the integration of the internal systems of the municipality of Jerzmanov to the resident tax portal (the creation of a public sphere for customers); (D) an increase in the level of accessibility to public services by electronic means through the establishment of a point confirming the trusted ePUAP profile at the Office of the Jermanowa municipality. The purpose of the project is to reflect the main tasks of: the deployment of financial services, the roll-out of the electronic circuit and the BIP and the establishment of a point for confirmation of the ePUAP trusted profiles. The project will use the functionality of the ePUAP national platform. The project will ensure the interoperability of ICT systems in accordance with current legal requirements. The project will increase the number of cases handled electronically by the main e-services stakeholders — citizens and businesses in the area of the municipality of Jermanov. (English)
