Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans stud. Kierunku Lekarskiego (KL) na krajowym i międzynarodowym rynku pracy poprzez wdrożenie wysokiej jakości programu stażowego (WJPS) podnoszącego kompetencje w zakresie praktycznych elementów kształcenia do XI 2019. Staże pozwolą stud. wykorzystać zdobytą wiedzę teoret. w praktyce, podnieść kwalifikacje kliniczne i zdobyć umiej. techniczne. Przybliżona zostanie specyfika pracy w danej dziedzinie medycyny, co ułatwi podejmowanie decyzji dotyczących dalszego rozwoju kliniczno-nauk. Dodatkowo stażysta zdobędzie możliwość połączenia uzyskanej do tej pory wiedzy z tzw. codzienną praktyką i skonfrontowania jej z różnymi sytuacjami klinicznymi, co pozwoli rozwinąć umiejętność zarówno samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji jak i pracy w zespole. Realizacja staży zagr. pozwoli na zapoznanie stud. z syst. organizacji obowiązującym w krajach UE i zdobycie doświadcz. we współpracy z międzynarod. zesp. badawczymi, przez co zwiększy się konkurencyjność absolw. UMB na rynku pracy. Staże zagr. odbędą się w ośr. oferujących najnowocześniejsze metody badawcze, diagn. i terapeutyczne. W ramach WJPS zorganizowanych zostanie 118 miesięcznych, indywidualnych programów stażowych, każdy trwający 120 godz. (min. 20 godz./tydz.) W proj. zostanie zorganizowanych 51 staży kraj. i 67 staży zagr. Proj. będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.01.2018 do 30.11.2019. Rezultaty proj.: - liczba os., które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS – 107 (69K, 38M) - liczba podpisanych listów intenc. o współpracy pomiędzy UMB a pracodawcami kraj. i zagr. – 10 - liczba zawartych umów o współpracy pomiędzy UMB a pracodawcami kraj. i zagr. – 3 - liczba zatwierdzonych wysokiej jakości progr. stażowych – 1 Grupa docelowa (GD) to: - UMB poprzez wdrożenie WJPS - 118 studentów V roku KL (51 K, 67 M) (w tym: I edycja – 58 osób (25K, 33M), II – 60 osób (26K, 34M). The main objective of the project is to increase the chances of Stud.The Human Medical (KL) course on the national and international labour market through the implementation of a high quality traineeship programme (WJPS) which raises competence for the practical elements of education to XI 2019.Traineeships will allow the students to take advantage of the theoretical knowledge gained in practice, to raise clinical qualifications and to acquire technical knowledge.The specific nature of the work in the medical field will be approximated in order to make it easier to decide on the further development of the clinic and the sciences.In addition, the trainee will be given the opportunity to link the knowledge generated so far with the everyday practice of and confront the different clinical situations in order to develop the ability of both to take decisions themselves and to work in a team.The traineeship will make it possible to familiarise the student with the experience of EU countries and to gain experience in collaborating with international research organisations, thus making them more competitive.The UMB on the labour market.The traineeships will take place in the bottom up, offering cutting-edge research, diagnostic and therapeutic methods.Within the framework of the CSF, 118 monthly, individual internship programmes will be organised, each lasting 120 hours.51 national traineeships and 67 traineeships will be organised in the form of a minimum of 20 hours.For the period from 01.01.2018 to 30.11.2019 the proj will be carried out.Result proj.:The number of letters of intent on cooperation between UMB and the employers of the countries was signed, which have increased competences for the activities of the universities supported by the ESF — 107 (69K, 38M).10 — number of cooperation agreements concluded between UMB and employers of the country.— 3 — Number of approved high quality traineeships — 1 Target group (GD) are:— UMB through the implementation of the WJPS — 118 students of the year V KL (51 K, 67 M) (including:And edition — 58 persons (25K, 33M), II to 60 persons (26K, 34M).
