Celem głównym projektu "Skazani na sukces - program stażowy dla studentów WSEI w Lublinie" jest podniesienie kompetencji 65 (19K/46M) studentów z kierunków: Informatyka, Logistyka i Psychologia zbliżających się do wejścia na rynek pracy, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa poprzez realizację w okresie 04.2018-11.2019 programów stażowych we współpracy z otoczeniem biznesu.W ramach projektu, 65 studentów weźmie udział w stażach, przez co staną się oni dobrze przygotowani do wkroczenia na rynek pracy i sprostają wysokim oczekiwaniom przyszłych pracodawców. Udział w stażach przyczyni się do wzrostu praktycznych umiejętności studentów, a wśród przedsiębiorców nastąpi wzrost świadomości o konieczności włączania się do procesu kształcenia przyszłych pracowników. Działania projektowe obejmować będą studentów ostatnich dwóch semestrów studiów stacjonarnych w roku akademickim 2017/2018 i 2018/2019 Wydziału Administracji i Ekonomii; kierunek o profilu praktycznym: Logistyka, Wydziału Transportu i Informatyki kierunek o profilu praktycznym: Informatyka oraz Wydziału Pedagogiki i Psychologii kierunek o profuilu ogólnoakademickim Psychologia. The main objective of the project “convicts for success — the SEI traineeship programme in Lublin” is to raise the competences of 65 (19K/46M) students in the following areas:Information technology, Logistics and Psychology approaching the entry into the labour market, responding to the needs of the economy, the labour market and society through the 04.2018-11.2019 traineeship programmes in cooperation with the business environment. the project will involve 65 students in traineeships, making them well prepared to enter the labour market and meet the high expectations of future employers.Traineeships will increase students’ practical skills and will increase awareness of the need to get involved in the education of future staff.The project activities will include the students of the last two semesters of stationary studies in the academic year 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 of the Administration and Economics Department;practical profile:Logistics, Transport Division and Information Technology:It and the Pedagogical and Psychological Faculty of the Pedagogical and Psychology Department, with a focus on the general academic Psychology.
