Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych w wieku 18-29 lat pozostających bez pracy w powiecie puckim.Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 257os. zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 18-29 lat zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I(tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. The project aims to increase the employment opportunities for young people aged 18-29 who do not work in the county of puckim.Main outcome of the project will be the employment of 257os. registered in the PUP.The project will support those aged 18-29 years eligible for the Aid Profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”).Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the affected labour market concerned.
