Bezpośrednim celem projektu jest zapewnienie efektywnego i zrównoważonego pod względem ekonomicznym i technicznym systemu energetycznego, o niskim poziomie strat oraz wysokim poziomie jakości oraz bezpieczeństwa dostaw i ochrony. Cel bezpośredni, a tym samym projekt, jest zgodny z celami Programu Operacyjnego, osi priorytetowej oraz działania i poddziałania. Budowa inteligentnej sieci elektroenergetycznej na terenie gmin Swarzędz, Kostrzyn, Suchy Las, Szamotuły, Kaźmierz, Rokietnica, Oborniki, Obrzycko, Mieścisko, Mieleszyn, Kłecko, Gniezno, Czerniejewo, Września, Łubowo i m. Poznań umożliwi zaimplementowanie funkcjonalności SMART, jak również wdrożenie inteligentnych liczników u odbiorców objętych projektem, pozwalających na monitorowanie zużycia energii elektrycznej w czasie rzeczywistym. Projekt przewiduje modernizację obecnej sieci elektroenergetycznej na wskazanym terenie.Przyjęta koncepcja realizacji projektu zakłada budowę sieci inteligentnej poprzez modernizację istniejących i budowę nowych stanowisk automatyki sieciowej spełniających standard systemu FDIR na obszarze Centralnym Oddziału Dystrybucji Poznań (tereny gmin: Swarzędz, Kostrzyn, Suchy Las, Szamotuły, Kaźmierz, Rokietnica, Oborniki, Obrzycko, Mieścisko, Mieleszyn, Kłecko, Gniezno, Czerniejewo, Września, Łubowo i na terenie m. Poznania) oraz odcinkową przebudowę linii zasilających wraz z nowymi powiązaniami. Zadania ujęte w projekcie polegać będą na: - zmianie rodzaju przewodów na izolowane, - zwiększeniu przekroju linii SN z niezbędnymi skablowaniami, - zastosowanie zdalnego sterowania i elektroenergetycznej automatyki zabezpieczeniowej, w tym między innymi wskaźników przepływu prądów zwarciowych, rozłączników, reklozerów, - modernizacji stacji SN/nn. The direct objective of the project is to ensure an efficient and technically sustainable energy system with low losses and a high level of quality and security of supply and protection.The direct objective and therefore the project are in line with the objectives of the Operational Programme, the priority axis and the actions and sub-actions.The construction of a smart electricity grid in the municipalities of Swarzędz, Kostrzyn, Suchy Las, Szamotuły, Kazimierz, Rokietnica, Oborniki, Obrzycko, Miedsko, Milezyn, Kłecko, Gniezno, Czerniewewo, Września, Łubowo, Poznań will enable the smart meters to be implemented, as well as the implementation of smart meters in the project customers to monitor the consumption of electricity in real time.The project envisages the modernisation of the current electricity grid at the designated areun.Adopted concept for the implementation of the project involves the construction of smart grids by upgrading existing and building new network automation posts, which meet the standard of the FDIR system in the Central Division of the City of Poznań (municipalities of:Swarzędy, Kostrzyn, Suchy Las, Szamotuły, Kazimierz, Rokietnica, Oborniki, Okrêcko, Miłocko, Milełoszyn, Kłecko, Gniezno, Czerniewko, Września, Łubowo and I to know) and the section reconstruction of the power lines with the new links.The tasks included in the project will be to:— a change in the type of cables to be insulated, — increase in the cross-section of the SN with the necessary scanning, — application of remote control and electricity protection electricity, including, but not limited to indicators of short-circuit flows, switches, reassembling lines, upgrading of SN/nn station.
