Projekt polegał będzie na termomodernizacji budynku wraz z wykorzystaniem OZE. Prace termomodernizacyjne w obiekcie polegać będą na dociepleniu stropodachów, dociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, ociepleniu podłogi na gruncie, modernizacji instalacji C.O. z zastosowaniem trigeneracji hybrydowej i c.w.u. z zastosowaniem hybrydowych paneli solarnych, modernizacji systemu wentylacji i chłodu, wymianie okien i drzwi oraz na wymianie oświetlenia na energooszczędne. Z dniem 31 marca 2018 roku Zarządzeniem Ministra Sprawiedliwości został zniesiony Areszt Śledczy w Chojnicach, a wszystkie prawa i obowiązki przejął Zakład Karny w Koronowie. (Polish)

The project will be based on the thermo-modernisation of the building with the use of RES.Thermal modernisation works on the site will consist of insulation of the interior wall, heating of the outer wall, warming up of the floor on the ground, modernisation of the installation of the CO. using hybrid solar panels, modernisation of ventilation and cooling system, replacement of windows and doors and replacement of lighting with energy-efficient lighting.As of 31 March 2018, the Order of the Minister for Justice had been abolished in Chojnice and all rights and obligations were taken over by the Koronow Criminal Court.
