W ramach projektu przewidziano budowę dwutorowej linii 400 kV Mikułowa-Czarna wraz z rozbudową/modernizacją stacji w tym ciągu liniowym. Budowa linii będzie realizowana częściowo po trasie linii istniejącej oraz częściowo po trasie nowej. Szacowana długość linii wyniesie około 233 km torów prądowych (w tym budowa nowego odcinka dwutorowego linii - ok. 100 km, a modernizacja ok. 33 km.) Planowana trasa przebiega przez obszar 14 gmin województwa dolnośląskiego (Sulików, Siekierczyn, Lubań, Nowogrodziec, Lwówek Śląski, Pielgrzymka, Złotoryja, Krotoszyce, Męcinka, Legnickie Pole, Ruja, Prochowice, Ścinawa, Lubin), leżących na terenie 8 powiatów (zgorzeleckiego, lubańskiego, bolesławieckiego, lwóweckiego, złotoryjskiego, jaworskiego, legnickiego oraz lubińskiego). Stacja elektroenergetyczna 400/220/110 kV Mikułowa jest stacją przyelektrownianą, w wykonaniu napowietrznym, zlokalizowaną na terenie gminy Sulików. Zakres rzeczowy budowy linii Mikułowa – Czarna obejmuje zakres od przygotowania inwestycji, jej zaprojektowania poprzez wybudowanie do uzyskania pozwolenia na użytkowanie (realizowana w trybie „pod klucz”). The project provided for the construction of a two-track line of 400 kV Mikułowa-Czarna as well as the extension/modernisation of the station within that line.The construction of the line will be carried out partly on the line existing and partly on the new line.The estimated length of the line will be about 233 km of current track (including the construction of a new section of the track — ca.100 km and modernisation ca.33 km.) The planned route runs through the area of the 14 municipalities of the Dolnośląskie region (Sulików, Siekierski, Lubatel, Nowogroziec, Lwówek Śląski, Pielowmushroom, Złotoryya, Krotoszyce, Męcinka, Legnickie Pole, Ruja, Prochowice, Ścinawa, Lubin), which are situated in the territory of 8 districts (Zgorzelecki, lubański, bolevoisegego, L³aw, Yours, Jaworski, legicki, and Vitaly).The 400/220/110 kV Mikułowa electricity station is a station equipped with an overhead station located in the municipality of Sulików.The material scope of the construction of the Mikułowa line — Czarna comprises the scope of the preparation of the investment, its design through the construction of a ‘turnkey’ permit.
