Projekt polega na wdrożeniu wyników prac B+R przeprowadzonych przez AJRAM samodzielnie oraz we współpracy z Politechniką Warszawską w zakresie badań weryfikacyjnych, których celem było opracowanie i ocena działania innowac. łącznika – nowatorskiego złącza konstrukcyjnego służącego do produkcji nowego typoszeregu mebli - krzeseł twardych i tapicerowanych. Zrealizowane prace badawcze mają kluczowe znaczenie dla opracowania nowej konstrukcji oraz formy mebli. Wdrożone nowe meble (krzesła) będą produkowane w oparciu o innowac. złącze konstrukcyjne dwuwypustowe – układ blokująco-wzmacniający połączenie kształtowe. Opracowana innowacja skutkuje zmniejszeniem wrażliwości klasycznych połączeń na zmiany wilgotności i temperatury w jakich mebel jest użytkowany. Łącznik poprawia parametry techniczne i użytkowe mebla oraz jego wytrzymałość, trwałość i stabilność .Ponadto stanowi mechaniczne zabezpieczenie przed rozcalaniem konstrukcji mebla. W lipcu 2016 roku firma otrzymała sprawozdanie o stanie techniki niepodważające nowości i poziomu wynalazczego (3XAAA) zgłoszenia patentowego: P.417378. Projekt obejmuje budowę sezonowni oraz zakup linii technolog. i urządzeń produkc. Projekt trwać będzie 24 miesiące. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostanie wprowadzony na rynek unikalny typoszereg mebli - krzeseł twardych i tapicerowanych, który będzie charakteryzować się cechami i funkcjonalnościami niespotykanymi do tej pory w ofercie innych przedsiębiorstw oferujących rozwiązania konkurencyjne. W wyniku przedmiotowego wdrożenia zostaną wyeliminowane dotychczasowe ograniczenia w dostępie do nowych rynków zbytu. Rezultat umożliwi rozwiązanie problemu związanego z poprawą jakości i trwałości łączeń elementów konstrukcyjnych w branży meblarskiej. Projekt jest zgodny z politykami horyzont. UE, zostaną zatrudnione 2 nowe osoby, a efekt projektu realizuje zasadę 4R. Produkty projektu będą przedmiotem eksportu w wysokości co najmniej 70% sprzedaży ogółem. The project consists of implementing the results of the R & D work carried out by AJRAM itself and in cooperation with the Warsaw University of Technology on verification testing with the aim of developing and assessing the innovation of the connector — a novel structural connector for the production of a new type of furniture — hard and upholstered chairs.The research work carried out is crucial for the development of a new structure and for the form of furniture.The new furniture (chairs) will be built around an innovative two-empty construction connection: a locking system for locking the shaped connection.The innovation developed has the effect of reducing the sensitivity of the traditional connections to the moisture and temperature changes in which the furniture is used.The connector shall improve the technical and useful performance of the furniture, as well as its strength, stability and stability.In July 2016, the company received a report on the state of technology that did not undermine novelty and inventive step (3XA) of the patent application:P.417378.The project involves the construction of the ripening room and the purchase of lines and equipment.The project will run for 24 months.As a result of the project, a unique typology of furniture — hard and upholstered chairs — will be placed on the market, which will have characteristics and functionalities that do not exist so far in the range of other companies offering competitive solutions.As a result of this implementation, the existing restrictions on access to new market outlets will be eliminated.The result will make it possible to address the problem of improving the quality and durability of connection of structural elements in the furniture business.The project is in line with the policies of the horizon.The EU will employ 2 new recruits and the project results in the 4R principle.Project outputs will be exported at a rate of at least 70 % of total sales.SA 42799 (2015/X), Article 13 rozp.651/2014 (English)
